Quality features

HT check valve models are made of high performance plastics approved for use with potable water. The black polymer is furthermore characterized by its good resistance to, for example, anti-freeze and chlorine compounds.
In continuous operation, these check valves are suitable for up to 127 °C (260 °F) or 130°C (266 °F) depending on the material.
The valves are certified according to DIN EN 13959 and ASME A112.18.3

Selection criteria

Please note that HT check valves are only available for our OEM/industrial customers. For more details, as well as information on worldwide approvals, please see the product listing. To refine your selection, please use the following points as filters.

Bore diameter: Select the bore diameter for the matching check valve size. Models in sizes 10 to 50 mm are available.
Flow rate: Recommended flow range within which the check valve should be operated. HT check valves are designed for flow rates from 1 l/min (0.25 gpm) to over 500 l/min (140 gpm).
Design: open cartridge
Max. application temperature: 127 °C (260 °F) and 130°C (266 °F) respectively in continuous operation.
Sealing material: EPDM
Spring force: Choose between standard and strong spring models. Strong spring variants are designed to meet AS/NZS 2845 requirements, ensuring a recommended closing pressure of 7 kPa in accordance with Australian plumbing standards.
