Neoperl stands behind the quality of its products and extends the following limited warranty to the first purchaser having purchased the products directly from Neoperl. This limited warranty is distinct from any statutory warranties that may be excluded or that may apply, such as a manufacturer’s warranty granted to consumers within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and Council dated 20 May 2019.
