Abilities are part of our identity and can be kept in a constant flow through self-reflection and development initiatives. The Ability Flow Analysis aims to discover and recognize personalities across all Neoperl locations.
Introduced in 2019, one objective of the analysis is to assess the status quo of employees’ abilities. Participants are chosen by their local supervisors or nominate themselves, and leaders are automatically part of the analysis. This whole process is organized every two years and takes six months, which are roughly separated into analysis, review, and feedback sessions. Once our so-called pioneers have been identified, specific objectives for their future can be set. Pioneers are the people with an exceptional growth potential and willingness to take on new challenges.
The following year, it is time to check in on the pioneers, and review the analysis.
