Succession planning is not the only reason for such an analysis, as it is also an effective tool for personal development. It’s like getting to know yourself better, but through a career-oriented lens. In the end, such an analysis is a chance for you to recognize your capabilities and will pave the way for an enhanced personal and professional work experience.
