Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage key customer accounts and lead development of sales projects.
  • Regularly report on project progress, new opportunities, and market trends to the Managing Director.
  • Recommend sales strategies and contribute to a self-motivated team culture.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and represent the company at trade shows. (10% Travel)
  • Maintain and update the aftermarket sales activity dashboard to support tracking and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in plumbing, fluid, or flow systems preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of product customization and application.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
