Quality features

Neoperl FSG on/off controls are installed in faucets as a high grade component. They allow for the implementation of an intuitive OPEN/CLOSED operating concept simply at the press of a button.

Function and installation

FSG on/off controls allow the water supply to be switched on and off at the press of a button. Multiple FSG controls can be used to enable parallel utilization of faucet functions, such as simultaneous operation of a shower head and bath spout.

Selection criteria

Please note that FSG on/off controls are only available for our OEM/manufacturing customers. For more details, as well as information on worldwide approvals, please see the product listing. To refine your selection, please use the following points as filters.

Application areas: FSG on/off controls can be used for a multitude of drinking water applications; typical areas include faucets in bathrooms, showers, and kitchens. They can be flush or surface mounted. FSG valves are not suitable for non-pressurized water heaters.Flow rate: With regard to the installation dimensions, two sizes are available: Ø 24 mm (D6) with a flow rate of 20 l/min and Ø 26 mm (D8) with a flow rate of 33 l/min, at 3 bar in each case.Flow rate setting: There are models with a single flow rate and 2-step models that offer two flow rates.Push button fixation: Two optional connection interfaces to the faucet are available depending on the preferred design: snap fit and bolt fit (M6). Please refer to the datasheets for the relevant shapes and sizes.Inflow and outflow direction: With FSG on/off controls, the upstream flow is radial and the downstream axial. This flow direction is reversed in the FSG inverse D6 models. This opens up additional options for installation design in tight spaces.Operating temperature: The recommended operating temperature is between 1 °C / 33.8 °F and 70 °C / 158 °F; temperatures of 90 °C / 194 °F are possible for brief periods for thermal disinfection.Operating pressure: The recommended operating pressure ranges between a minimum of 0.5 bar / 7 psi and a maximum of 10 bar / 145 psi.
