At Neoperl, we offer a variety of flexible mobility options that help our employees get to work using public transportation, bicycles, or e-mobility as needed, thereby reducing their commuting emissions —depending on the mode of transportation. This past spring, we published an overview of our mobility options on the intranet. Since then, many employees have signed up for the Deutschlandticket and are taking advantage of discounted fares—both for work and personal travel.
Our bicycle leasing program has also been well received and supports employees in actively commuting to work. To provide greater transparency, we’ve also developed a travel cost calculator that shows whether a Deutschlandticket or alternative commuting options might be financially worthwhile depending on an individual’s situation.
Electric vehicles are available for business trips, offering low-emission travel locally. We also recommend that our guests—whenever possible—travel by public transportation.
