Since 2020, Neoperl has been part of Germany's funding programme of the Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage (BSFZ/Research Allowance Certification Body). Now we have been retroactively awarded the BSFZ Seal for 2024.

This distinction underscores what is a lived practice at Neoperl: technological excellence, continuous innovation, and dedicated research are at the heart of everything we do.

What is the BSFZ Seal and why is it important?

Through the Research Allowance Act, Germany has established a clear framework to support research and development through tax incentives. The BSFZ assesses whether projects meet criteria such as innovation level, risk potential, planned implementation, and technological relevance. The BSFZ Seal publicly recognises these efforts, highlighting a company's commitment to innovation.

The BSFZ Seal comes in two variations:

The red seal is awarded for in-house research and development when companies initiate their own projects.
The orange seal signifies commissioned research conducted by external partners.
