Your tasks

establishment and implementation of a supply chain and logistic strategy

alignment and optimization of in and outbound processes in cooperation with key stakeholders

responsible for global procurement of strategic components and tools for all plants of the group

evaluate and manage a strategic supplier portfolio and risk mitigation

identify savings opportunities in collaboration with sub category managers and lead buyers in all plants

build up a KPI system for all global procurement aspects

lead and develop a global team of specialists

Your profile

several years of relevant professional experience in a senior purchasing role in an international environment

strong background in transportation, logistics & distribution processes, and supply chain management

strong negotiating, interpersonal and relationship building skills

excellent conceptional and analytical skills

self driven and initiative personality

proven record of leadership skills: to trust, encourage and empower

excellent German and English language skills
