Your tasksHelp customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Answering phone calls and emails and respond to customer questions and concerns.Enter orders manually or process through EDI, including customer portals.Process payments when necessary, billing issues and general customer questions.Communicate shipping and package tracking details to customers.Offer optional products to service our customer.Maintain customer service database.Communicate in a professional manner with Operations team and other departments.

Your profileHigh school diploma or GED and minimum 2+ years experience in customer service or sales for technical products.Ability to build rapport with customers.Ability to prioritize and multitask.Positive and professional demeanor.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
