Is there any significance to the different colors of the protective dome screens on your aerators?
Dome-screen.jpg In addition to protecting the aerator from large particles in the water, such as sand, that can clog and obstruct the quality of the aerator stream, the dome screen also provides a color identification of the flow rate of the product as follows:

Blue - Unrestricted Full Flow
Gray - 3.5 gpm @ 60 psi
Beige - 3.0 gpm @ 60 psi
Red - 2.2 gpm @ 60 psi
White - 2.0 gpm @ 60 psi
Green - 1.5 gpm @ 60 psi
Yellow - 2.2 gpm pressure compensating
Orange - 1.5 gpm pressure compensating

Our spray products have white dome screens, but the color of the diffuser plate identifies the flow rate as follows:

Lime Green 0.5 gpm pressure-compensating
Dark Blue 1.0 gpm pressure-compensating
